PENERAPAN MODEL COOPERATIVE TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS KELAS V SDN CILEGON IV

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to know the difference of learning result of IPS learners using cooperative type think pair share with direct learning. The method used in this research is quasi experiment with research design nonequivalent control group design. This researcher conducted in SD Negeri Cilegon IV from date s.d. Sampling technique in this research using purposive sampling. In this research, class V A as control class using direct learning strategy and VB class as experiment class using Cooperative Think Pair Share Strategy. Instrument researchers provided in the form of 10 questions Essay. Technique of data analysis to test hypothesis in this researcher, using right side test, result t_hitung equal to 5,652 and t_table equal to 2,002 with significant level 0,05. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that the critical thinking skills of students in the subjects of IPS that apply Cooperative Think Pair Share Type is better than students who apply direct learning.
