THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE

Abstract


This research aims to determine: 1) Know how the influence of compensation on employee work discipline at BPRS AmanahUmmah Kantor PusatLeuwiliang Bogor. 2) Know how the effect of work motivation on employee discipline at BPRS AmanahUmmah Kantor PusatLeuwiliang Bogor. The method use is a quantitative method at the BPRS AmanahUmmah Kantor PusatLeuwiliang Bogor. Data sources used in this study were questionnaires and interview methods. The results of quantitative analysis show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work disicipline as much as 0,000 < 0,05 and tcount value 4,561 >ttable2,051. Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee work disicipline of 0,000 < 0,05 and tcount value 5,529 >ttable2,051. And there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and work motivation simultaneosly on employee work discipline of 0,000 < 0,05 and fcount125,786 >ftable3,34. Multiple linier regression equation Y = 6,270 + 0,418 X1 + 0,515 X2, thus the hypothesis can be accepted.
