Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of the school environment with the moral formation of students in the 10 City of Bogor High School. The problem in this study is the school environment that gives effect to the formation of attitudes and potential development of students, decreasing student morals and lack of teacher's attention to the moral formation of students in Bogor 10 Public High School. The method used in this study is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 39 students who were determined by simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The results of the data analysis showed that the school environment reached 37.05% with frequent answers. So it can be concluded that the school environment is said to be good. While the moral formation of students reaches 49.98% with very agree answers. So it can be concluded that the formation of morality of students is very good. The results of the product moment correlation of these two variables were obtained t count> t table (0.65> 0.32) at a significant level of 5%, whereas at a significant level of 1% obtained tcount> t table (0.65> 0.41), meaning an alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the school environment and the moral formation of students in Bogor City 10 Public High School.
