Abstract


The management of Hajj finances in a fair and sustainable manner and the strengthening of the Hajj ecosystem through the roles of Hajj guides and the Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group (KBIHU). This study highlights the importance of fairness in the distribution of Hajj funds to ensure that all prospective pilgrims receive equal benefits. Additionally, a sustainable approach to Hajj financial management aims to maintain the stability of funds and Hajj services in the future. The roles of Hajj guides and KBIHU are considered crucial in supporting effective and efficient management by providing appropriate guidance to prospective pilgrims. The findings of this study are expected to provide recommendations to improve the quality of Hajj financial management and the overall Hajj ecosystem.
