Abstract


The Hajj and Umrah industry is a crucial sector for Muslims around the world, which continues to grow along with the increasing number of pilgrims each year. This study aims to explore the potential and challenges of becoming an entrepreneur in the Hajj and Umrah industry with a professional digital-based approach. Digital transformation has changed the business paradigm in this sector, opening up new opportunities to improve operational efficiency, optimize customer experience, and expand market reach. This article also highlights the challenges and opportunities faced in building a sustainable and professional business in this sector that is oriented towards the spiritual needs of Muslims.
