Prospek Travel Bisnis Haji dan Umrah: Entrepreneur di Era Digital

Abstract


The development of technology and digitalization has facilitated access to information and booking of Umrah trips. Travel agencies that apply modern technology and digital marketing will have an advantage in reaching prospective pilgrims and providing efficient services. Technological innovation in the form of using technology such as mobile applications, online platforms, and information management systems can increase operational efficiency, simplify the booking process, and improve the experience of pilgrims during the trip. In the business world, partnerships are needed, especially in the Hajj and Umrah travel business. As we know in the era of digitalization, partnerships and collaboration in the Hajj and Umrah travel business are very important, because they can increase opportunities, pilgrims' trust and efficiency. Some strategies that can be used in partnering in the digital era are, determining partnership ideas, B2B partnerships, SME partnerships, identifying potential partners, and also synergizing with technology. To compete in the digital era, an entrepreneur should know the business conditions and strategies to maintain the existence of his business in order to keep up with the times. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, and data obtained by data collection techniques, namely empirical research using documentation and note taking.
